Bought a SV01 as my second printer. The first was an anet a6. That one has been great with some upgrades but after 7 years it started to get some wear and then the main board broke down. Instead of repairing that I wanted a new , bigger, better printer. wanted a direct drive and found this one. Bought it together with a touch screen, bl touch, silent stepper board and a laser engraver/cutter unit. The last I am still in a testing phase but does work. just need to learn how to use it right. Sovol products are all great to me. Only little downside is that it is not all so very clear or easy to find out how some things need to be done. had some trouble with reflashing firmware after toch screen installation and later laser installation. Sovol example video’s that I did follow 100% turned out to be not totally correct in the end. resulting in me not having the same result at the same moment they had. Also find the manual of the laser not complete since pictures are very small and for the SV01 they do not show how to connect the laser to the main board. If you know it is very easy but if you do not it is scary. You do not want to break it by plugging it in a wrong socket. But every time I contacted sovol support via messenger they helped me very well. So in the end for me it is a great company for me. And also made a friend of mine buy their printer as his first.
